save the date | blue sky bash 2024: friday, august 9

Thank you to all the rustlers and wranglers who made the 2023 Blue Sky Bash our most successful benefit for open space yet. The crowd was incredible, and the live auction was rowdier than ever!

We are absolutely amazed by the generosity of our donors and sponsors who made this event a huge success. The Blue Sky Bash would not exist without YOU. So thanks for showing up, raising those paddles (and glasses), and saving land and water for the future. It's more than just conservation.... It's your legacy!

We're already excited for next year. Save the date for August 9, 2024!

re-accredited and it feels so good!

This year, the Summit Land Conservancy along with 26 other land trusts across the country, is celebrating renewal of our accreditation status!

In 2011, the Summit Land Conservancy became the first land trust in Utah to acquire the Land Trust Accreditation Commission’s hard-earned seal. Our accreditation resulted from an extensive, external review process, and this is the third time the Conservancy has gone through the process— it’s not easy!

At the Summit Land Conservancy, we want our work to last as long as the mountains, meadows, and rivers we love.

SOMETHING always
GROWING ON.

In the media: our preservation efforts.

In November 2023, Summit Land Conservancy received the single largest grant it’s ever been awarded. More than $22 million will help the Conservancy preserve critical lands in the Kamas Valley Meadows.
