Offset Bier Co. will pour a limited-batch wet-hopped ale brewed with freshly harvested hops grown from lands permanently protected by Summit Land Conservancy. Wet-hop beers are only brewed during the brief harvest season each year, making this a truly fresh, and truly local, celebration.
