Spring has sprung and we’re heading out to Marchant Meadows Preserve for a Stewardship Saturday, on April 11 from 9am-1pm, along the Weber River.

We’re planting willows and cottonwoods to restore the riverbank, improve water quality, and create much-needed shade for fish habitat. After years of erosion and some very busy beavers 🦫, this stretch of river is ready for a little extra love.

Expect a hands-on day of clipping, planting, and even a little river wading as we work together to bring this riparian area back to life.
