Join Summit Land Conservancy and Serve Park City for a hands-on day restoring one of Round Valley's seasonal streams!
Together, we'll build Zeedyk structures, simple rock structures that slow water, reduce erosion, and help stream and wetland systems heal naturally. During the winter and spring, this intermittent stream carries snowmelt through Round Valley, but years of erosion have carved deep channels that move water too quickly across the landscape. By strategically placing Zeedyk structures, we'll help slow the flow, spread water across the floodplain, reduce erosion, and sustain a healthier wet meadow habitat for plants and wildlife.
